Dunhams just lost a customer!
Spencer ,Iowa Dunhams. The manager would not honor sale prices.
Under armor sweatshirts had over 7 signs across top of display saying $39.99 and on the table that I picked up sweatshirt from had two sale signs. First it rang up $65 which he said was not on sale. Showed him the pile of sweatshirts from display which included 10 of the same sweatshirts I had at the counter. He then said it was 25% off which brought it down to $45.
Told him I wanted the price listed on sale signs. Nope. Would not honor it. Left all the items I was going to purchase and left store.
Wont be back. You just lost a customer who bought guns, ammo, shoes and lots of presents for my family at your store each Christmas consistently.

Misleading
DUNHAM'S IS AWFUL SNEAKY.
I was happy they came into town.
But thier policies are very misleading.
I will give just 2 examples, there are more.
1 is the 20 to 23% off coupons on shoes and apparel, and also other items in the store.
One stipulation is that item cannot be on sale or special.
I will show you this, it's crazy, 1 penny off voids the coupon. I have a picture of a managers "SPECIAL "
1 penny off a pair of shoes so that the 23% coupon is void.
Don't no mossberg patriot 300 win
Number 2 is price match" we will refund 100 % in the difference of price of another item, if it is the exact same item, and in stock ( even firearms). I found my rifle for 70 dollars less from mossberg themselves
Only the small print says if the other store is FIVE MILES AWAY.

Return policy and cashiers knowledge of store policy
I got wrong grain muzzle loading bullet by mistake, tried to return it or exchange them , I was told by both cashier that there is no return on ammo with a very poor customer service response . I didnt consider the bullet which is sold separately from powder an ammo Item and neither did the store manager .
Which took the item back . The two cashiers were definitely rude and lacked in customer service .
I wont be back as long has the two cashiers still work there at the Bedford store . To many other enjoyable places in Bedford to shop for the same products and they are also a little high on prices compared to other stores.

Preferred solution: Nothing in return just a unsatisfied customer with cashiers customer service
